Cellulite is caused by fat deposits that build up like
little marshmallows under the skin and cause a dimpled
effect or cottage cheese appearance. Fibrous tissues
connect your skin to a deeper layer, creating the pockets
of fat cells. When these fat cells grow in size, they cause
a dimpling effect on your skin.
Cellulite forms mainly around your stomach, hips, thighs,
and buttocks. A cure for cellulite has not been found
however there are some ways to make it appear smoother.
Drink plenty of water, take garlic and iron supplements
(this will help you with water weight and help flushes out
fat).
Detox your body by consuming fresh fruits and vegetables
everyday. Fasting is also a great way to detox however be
sure to have a full physical before trying to fast for more
than one day to be sure your body can handle it.
Apply a good cream or lotion in circular motions. The
circular motions will help break up some of the fat cells
to help give the appearance of smoother skin.

Firm-up Flabby Arms
Start out with 2 sets of 15-20 reps for each exercise. Over
time this will become less challenging. Increase to 3 sets
of 20 repetitions. The last phase will be 4 sets of 20
repetitions. Use a weight that you will be able to lift for
20 reps for each set, with the later repetitions being a
challenge.
Dips
Sit at the edge of the bench and grasp the bench with your
hands, curling your fingers around the edge and keeping the
hands close to the body. Your knees should be bent and feet
firmly on the floor.
Straighten your arms and lift your body off the bench.
Lower your hips down past the edge of the bench by bending
your elbows to 90 degrees.
Push your body back up by straightening the arms. Repeat.
For additional challenge, perform this exercise with
another bench positioned a full body length in front of
you. Place your feet and ankles on one bench and your hands
on the other.

protein powder. I prefer mine with protein powder to give
me an extra energy boost to start the day. Try this yummy
shake to give you willpower and stave of craving for junk
food.
Kiwi Orange Shake
2 tbs. Vanilla Protein Powder
2 kiwi (peeled and diced)
8 oz. orange juice with sugar
4-6 ice cubes (optional)
Mix with a blender
